Center For Hope Groundbreaking

Church officials and members, community leaders, politicians, and friends  of the church gathered on October 21st at 2 pm in Wintersville, Ohio to  break ground for the construction of the new community center:  "The  Center for Hope."  This documentary presents all the excitement of this important event!
